    Sean Creighton

    One of the original founder partners of VCG in 2004, Sean has a wealth of experience in the Fixed Fee industry. Immediately prior to starting VCG Sean spent a number of years running his own show at an agency specialising in consumer promotions and before that was Client Services Director at another agency. Sean is a devoted West Ham United supporter and therefore can often be seen on a Monday morning cursing the previous Saturday's result!

    Richard Vernon

    Our numbers man! Richard trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers before qualifying as ACA in 1997. He then found himself in the Fixed Fee industry quickly accelerating to Finance Director before becoming a founder partner of VCG in 2004. Still harbours some loyalty to Southampton FC after spending several years on the South coast at university. Richard has two daughters studying at university.

    Ed Gray

    Joined VCG as Client Services Director in 2008 after a 12-year creative agency career specialising in promotional and partnership marketing for famous brands. Pragmatic and thoughtful, he brings a wealth of senior-level experience and understands the challenges facing the promotional marketing industry as well as agencies and promoters. Married with two teenage girls, Ed lives a busy life both inside and outside work.

    Jason Waghorn

    Jason has recently joined VCG after an 18-year career working in some of the UK’s leading brand activation agencies in both senior client service and planning roles. Having worked across a diverse range of sectors he understands both the strategic and practical challenges agencies and brands face. Outside of work Jason leads a busy family life with 2 energetic boys whilst trying to keep fit himself cycling and hitting the gym.

    Chief Growth Officer

    Mark Burgess

    Mark has over 20 years’ experience working with major brands both agency and client side. This experience includes working at advertising, integrated, promotional, shopper, retail and digital agencies plus famous FMCG and global brands. Most recently, Mark has grown a passion for e-commerce and specifically Amazon – helping to launch and grow sales on this platform. Outside of work, Mark has run several marathons but mainly now spends his time running after his two young children.

  • Anne-Sophie Gossan

    Business Director

    Anne-Sophie Gossan

    Anne-Sophie has just joined VCG after a 20-year career managing global FMCG clients working in advertising and integrated agencies. Her experience includes delivering global brand and channel strategies and integrated campaigns which drive shopper and consumer engagement. She is married with two teenage boys and spends a lot of time on football pitches but still manages some me-time while swimming.

    Chris Arnold

    Chris has joined VCG following 20-years within the Publicis Groupe servicing an extensive range of clients through media buying, strategic planning and consultancy roles. Most recently, evolving a Data Science practice to connect data, analytics and technology solutions to meet client needs. Chris loves to solve problems and enjoys competition outside of work too; playing and watching many sports. With three young daughters he gets plenty of entertainment and exercise

  • Jackie Jeffries

    Finance Manager

    Jackie Jeffries

    Our head of Finance Jackie has been with VCG since 2008. Keeping track of global finances, making sure bills are paid and accounts are up to date. Jackie also oversees the day to day running of our office, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
    She has a very busy domestic life too with two teenage daughters and a husband to look after.

    Operations Manager

    Hayley Reilly

    Hayley joins the VCG team after 32 years in the banking industry. As our Operations Manager, Hayley brings to the business her experience in operational activities, management skills and customer service relations.
    Outside of work Hayley has a very busy schedule, looking after 3 children; running 2 girls to Gymnastics and dance lessons and her son to rugby.
